ImageSet Digital guarantees your satisfaction with your order. We make sure that your order is printed to specifications and is of the excellent quality our loyal customers have been coming back for.
However, printing is not a perfect science and in the rare occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will promptly investigate and reprint it. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect notify us by emailing email@example.com within 7 days of your receipt of the items. We will contact you for additional details of your order for investigation. We may ask for photos of the product as you have received them or for a return of the prints. If upon investigation we determine that we made an error or there was a shipping defect, we will reprint and reship it.
Since your order has been created by you and you uploaded the file to ImageSet Online to be printed, we ask you to make sure that you check and double check your proof for all errors or omissions. Once sent to us as a completed file, we are unable to proof, edit, or change your content in any way. This means it's your responsibility to ensure accuracy and completeness before approving the online or printed press proof. ImageSet Digital is not responsible for customer-generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, poor quality derived from low-resolution images, dark or fuzzy images, order quantity or other ordering errors.
If you discover a mistake after the job is submitted contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have not printed the job yet we may be able to cancel it and allow you to upload a new, corrected order. If the job has already been started by us, there may be a partial charge to cover the work we have performed.
